Andrea Schwarz is a trailblazing executive-turned-coach with 20+ years of leadership experience across music, food, life sciences, and sports. She held senior leadership roles at adidas, Reebok, and Novartis, and broke barriers with pioneering leadership as Germany’s first female general manager in the meat industry.

As founder of IMUA OLA, Andrea empowers leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-achievers to create their next chapter with clarity, energy, and momentum. Her bespoke coaching is shaped by bold career moves and cultural shifts, from being named a Rising Star in U.S. healthcare to building teams and businesses across continents. Leader as a Coach – HONE

There were many instances where Andrea went above and beyond the slides to embody the concepts she was teaching. For example, she referred to participants as “coaches,” even though some were just beginning their journey. This helped build their confidence and sense of identity. She also modeled how to help a coachee get closer to the emotion they’re experiencing – for example: “It looks to me like you’re angry.” And when the coachee responds, “It’s not really anger that I feel — it’s more frustration,” Andrea emphasized the value of acknowledging, naming, and refining emotions: “Name it to tame it.” Even subtle guidance like this serves as a powerful nudge.
